I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the very beginning, communication was clear, professional, and efficient. The team arrived on time, fully prepared, and paid incredible attention to detail.
Every corner of my home was spotless — they went above and beyond what I expected. The place not only looked clean but felt fresh and cared for. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly value customer satisfaction.
Reliable, thorough, and professional — I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality cleaning services. I’ll definitely be booking them again!

I have been using Advance Clean Up for my Airbnb properties in the eastern suburbs, and I am truly impressed with their service. They offer a comprehensive solution for all my Airbnb needs, including linen provision, essential amenities, and thorough cleaning services. I booked and paid over $1,100 for a professional deep clean.
The cleaners arrived late after incorrect updates about their arrival. Once onsite, it became clear they were not professional cleaners — the team lacked appropriate equipment and supplies, and the work did not follow basic deep-cleaning processes (for example, furniture cushions arranged without vacuuming underneath first).
I had to repeatedly ask for areas to be redone, and the overall standard was far below what was advertised or reasonable for the price.
This was not a professional deep clean. I would not use this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Jonathan and his wife, from the Advance Clean Up AU team, helped with steam-cleaning the carpets in our house. The results were excellent — the carpets look refreshed, smell great, and the service was carried out with diligence, professionalism, and respectful courtesy. The price were also fair and reasonable.

Airbnb host, maintaining a spotless space is key to getting 5-star reviews—and Advance Cleanup has been a game-changer for my hosting experience! Their team is reliable, professional, and always shows up on time. They pay close attention to detail, leaving everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen sparkling clean and guest-ready.
What I really appreciate is how consistent their quality is, even during last-minute bookings or back-to-back turnovers. They follow Airbnb standards, restock essentials when needed, and even send photos after each clean for peace of mind.
