• At Advance Clean Up AU, we understand that sometimes our customers need to cancel a booking for their cleaning services. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
• The Customer may cancel any booking with no less than 1 business day or 24 hours prior notice. For example, if a customer has a Tuesday booking, the cancellation must be made by 5.00 pm on the previous day, in this case, Monday. If the customer cancels in due time, no penalty or charge will be incurred.
• If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the customer will incur a $55 dollars cancellation fee.
• If our cleaning team arrives at the job booked, but they cannot perform the job because the customer is either not present to let them in or has forgotten to leave the key in a location agreed upon between the company and the customer, a $120 call-out fee will apply.
• We appreciate your understanding and respect of our cancellation policy and encourage our customers to inform us at the earliest convenience if they need to cancel a booking.

However, if there are any omissions or if your property requires more time due to its condition or size, additional time may be necessary. Our professional cleaners will inform you of any additional time required on the day of service. It should be noted that this is to ensure that your bond is returned.

2. Is the steam carpet cleaning included in the standard end of lease cleaning service?
steam carpet cleaning is not a part of our standard end of lease cleaning service. If you wish to add steam carpet cleaning to your cleaning package, you will need to select the additional service and specify the number of bedrooms that require cleaning.

It is important to note that all of our steam carpet cleaning services include one living room and one corridor, if the property has carpet in those areas. We at Advance Clean Up recommend that all of our customers select the steam carpet cleaning option as an extra service, especially if your property has carpet. This can help you avoid any potential issues with your landlord or real estate agent.

The answer is yes, steam carpet cleaning can effectively remove stains from your carpets.
