Standard Service Includes:

Important Note: Our team cannot move heavy furniture for safety reasons. However, we can reposition light items such as coffee tables, chairs, and stools. If the apartment is fully furnished, we will steam clean around the furniture.
Extra Services (Optional Additional Charge)
- Staircase Heavy Stain Treatment – While we strive to remove stains completely, we cannot guarantee 100% removal, especially for stains older than two days. Our service aims to reduce stain visibility significantly. (Please provide details on stains when requesting a quote.)
- Fan Hire – Recommended for areas that have water damage to speed up the drying process.
- Water Suction – Suggested for carpets with water damage.
- Additional Upholstery Cleaning Services available upon request.
Service Guarantee
2-Day Service Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with our steam carpet cleaning service, please contact us within 2 days of the original service. We will send our team back to rectify any issues or concerns.
In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve the issue, we will work with our clients to determine an appropriate resolution. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Cancellation Policy
- Timely Cancellation: Bookings must be canceled at least one business day (or 24 hours) in advance.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $77 + GST cancellation fee.
- No-Show Fee: If our cleaning team arrives and cannot start, a $100 + GST call-out fee will be charged.

Payment:
- Online Bookings: Payment must be completed in advance through our website.
- Phone Bookings: Payment is due immediately upon service completion.
- Exceptions apply for real estate agencies, regular clients, and commercial accounts.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered if our service does not meet 100% satisfaction after three attempts to resolve the issue. To request a refund, email info@advancecleanupau.com with a detailed explanation and photos of the unsatisfactory areas.
